Mental Health Awareness Week

We marked Mental Health Awareness Week this month by recognising the benefits of moving more to improve our mental health.

This year's theme was Movement for Mental Health which highlighted how regular physical activity improves our mental health and reduces feelings of stress and anxiety.

Remember, money worries are one of the leading causes for stress and anxiety.  Your mental health impacts how you manage your money. Poor mental health can make managing money harder, and worrying about money can make your mental health worse. It is a vicious cycle.

Take a read here about how we can help reduce your money worries and support your mental health.
